MySpace compromised

Netcraft has just reported that MySpace, the social networking site, has been compromised, with a spoof login form on the home page.

Myspace users – to prevent your user name and password from ending up in the wrong hands, don’t log-in until the issue is resolved.

Update: Turns out this incident only involved a phishing page on myspace.com and not an actual compromise of the website. The Netcraft page has been updated to reflect this. Apologies for the false alarm!
